The Gourmet Triple-Scented Candle Products and Bath Products

We sell non-toxic natural gourmet candles that come in 100 different scents.  The candles come in 16 oz jars, votives and specialty items.  We also sell soaps, hand and body washes, candle melts and air fresheners. New products and new scents are being introduced all the time. In fact a new scent is formulated each month for the Candle of the Month program.

The difference between our candles and other candles is that ours are almost sootless and less toxic. Everyone is now becoming more aware of toxic items in the home and these are a choice that is becoming more popular. They are made from soy, vegetables and beeswax and because of this our candles burn slower and longer and give off less soot. They are triple scented so the scent lasts right to the end of the jar.

You can do this business in a small way (part-time) or a big way (full-time). There are many in the organization who are making megabucks.

We have two programs. The Candle of the Month Program and the Associate Program. Canadians and Americans can join our club.

Candle of the Month Program

People who join this program are sometimes just looking to get their candles at wholesale price although this is the best program for someone wanting to make big money as a distributor. This program costs $39.95 (US) a month and you obtain each month a 16 oz candle, 12 votives, a soy soap and your very own website with its own shopping cart for people to buy the product directly without contacting you. You will be given a percentage of the sales. You can also switch the 12 votives for an additional 16 oz jar if you prefer.

You can then either just buy additional candles for yourself to burn if you wish to have the discount or you can sell them as well. Our company also puts on sales regularly bringing the price for the gourmet candles and bath products BELOW WHOLESALE.

This program provides an extensive residual income opportunity. See below for more details.

Associate Program

If you join the associate program it does not cost anything. You can get your candles at 30% above wholesale (so you are still getting a bargain), and if you wish you can sell them as well. You can join our program by clicking on Gourmet Candle Associate Program and scrolling to the bottom of the page. This program provides for residual income at 5%.

Residual Income

What is residual income? This is income that you make from the efforts of others. My dream is to be working at home full-time. Currently I am working out of the home only three days a week. I used to work 6 days a week and evenings at a terrible job where I was not treated fairly and made little money for long hours.

I also want to be able to go places during the week while others are out working and still know that I have enough money to MORE THAN make ends meet. I also want to be able to make money for doing less work. I have already managed to increase my income this year by one-third which will mean that it will not be long before I reach my goal. I have also managed to earn that 1/3 more income with 1/4 of the amount of work I would have had to do before to earn it. I am therefore making more money for working less hours.

Levels

When I joined the company they had a great residual income program. There were seven levels to the program. The company then improved the plan by adding two additional levels. However, the company then went all out and made massive changes to the plan. They went from 9 levels to 14 levels.

Addition of Two More Bonuses

Although they already had a bonus plan they added in another bonus plan including a car allowance. The company took the existing bonus level and provided for more distributor levels to have the ability to earn it. Can you imagine? Where there was no monthly bonus before all of a sudden everyone at Director level and above was given a car allowance and in some of those levels an additional percentage of the company profits plus a one-time lump sum thank you from the company for reaching that level. All of this is new. The car allowance starts at $300 a month and goes up to a $1000 a month. Those people do not have to do anything to earn that money. They have already done the work. That bonus is based on how much money they are making combined with the money their downline is making. Check out our residual income plan for yourself. Let me summarize the residual plan for you:

Paid commissions between 5% and 10%

Paid commissions on eight levels

Paid a One Time Bonus upon reaching a new level

Paid a monthly car bonus from $300 to $1000 as you go up in the levels

Paid a 1% or 2% bonus from the executive profit pool

Don't forget what I mentioned about being able to buy products at below wholesale price in order to make more profits.

How many companies do you know would have a compensation plan in place and then go ahead and regularly make it better and even further make a massive change to the program to include MONTHLY BONUSES. You will be eligible for those bonuses too when you get to a certain level. This is one of the reasons why you can earn money for doing nothing.

Do not be mistaken though. You have to work hard in the business in the first few years and get lots of sales and lots of signups before this will happen. It is not a business for those who are looking for a get rich quick scheme. There is no such thing. Everything takes work. The difference is that once you put in the hard work then you can ease up because you will have your downline. Can you do that with a 9 to 5 job? No! They expect you to work like a dog year after year and then when they find someone younger, they let you go. You have become too expensive for them. This type of business allows for the opposite. The hard work you put in today will pay off down the road. The harder you work the sooner it will happen.

Management decided to share MORE OF that income with its members so that the lower levels would also get bonus incentives. I can tell you that really impressed me. I knew then that I had really made the right choice to go with this company. This is an example of a proactive company that is not just out to make a profit for itself but to make sure its distributors can also make a good living on the business. It's a win win situation for everyone. I have never seen this kind of change in incentives before. What I have seen are companies that have benefits and they decrease them every two or three years. I bet you have seen that too. Companies these days are always cutting corners and the employee is usually the one who suffers. Our company does not have to worry about that because it is growing and making money. Read the CEO's Message and you will see what I mean. They are long and full of information to help and motivate the members. There are so many testimonials that you will get tired reading before you get through them all.

Check out how many levels in your downline that you will be paid a percentage of others' earnings. I just had a sign up on my second level who within less than a month signed up two more, who are now on my third level. I did no work to earn the monthly percentage of their sales.

The business is young but the candles are so popular that the business is growing very quickly. However, there is still a lot of room for new entrepreneiurs to join the team. These are the reasons why our business is so successful. We have a product that is used by 90% of women, the resale potential is high because the product is consumable, it has a twist because it is one of the few candles on the market that is less toxic and the fact that our candles are triple-scented makes them more popular as a gourmet candle. People literally become addicted to the incredible scent and want more. Our residual income plan as well makes it possible for anyone to do well enough to work full-time in the business because the incentives are incredible.

The fact that the company is constantly watching how the products are selling, retiring ones that do not sell well and adding new products and different lines of products is another reason the company is doing so well.

Where and How You Can Sell Our Gourmet Candles

You can sell the candles in many different ways. Do you know some of those companies that sell items that can only be sold at parties? We do not work that way. You can sell to:

The only place you cannot sell these candles is at auctions. How wide open is that!! This is why people are so successful with this business. They are not limited and can therefore pick all or just some of the methods and still succeed. In order to become really successful in any business you need to have multiple income streams. This company provides for many income streams. Every time I tried out a new way of selling I contacted my upline and she immediately gave me the information that I needed to go forward. I also listened to the tapes recorded by the top leaders on that particular type of selling which gave me incredible incentives and information to succeed. I am not restricted to just selling to my friends or at home parties. I can do anything I like and I have all the information I need at my fingertips to show me how to do it.

Lower than Wholesale

No, I said that right. I am not talking about lower than retail. I am talking about lower than wholesale. I have already mentioned that if you join the company you can get these candles at wholesale price. For those who just want to buy good quality scented candles, you can save alot of money. We do not have monthly selling quotas. You don't have to sell at all if you do not want to.

You should also be aware that there are daily sales and special sales that bring the price down below wholesale. I am talking about BELOW WHOLESALE PRICING. How many companies do you know that will give you rock bottom prices like that. You can either sell the candles to make even more money or you can use the product yourself and save alot of money on your bath and candle products. Don't forget, these candles make fabulous low price high quality gifts. The soaps and washes are great for the skin and last a long time.

Learning How to Sell

I never considered myself a salesperson but I picked up on it right away because of the information and assistance I was provided. The company provides the following training materials:

- taped conference calls from top leaders of the company telling you the methods they used to get to the top levels of the company are added weekly to the list in a variety of topics

- the company provides all kinds of training materials right up to a page by page booklet you can put together for fundraisers that only needs to have your contact info included by you

-the top leaders have their own websites and provide more training information

- advertising material is provided from small newspaper ads to full size page ads to internet marketing ads, to special holiday ads

- forms, sheets, calculations, all kinds of documents that are provided by the company and the other lead distributors in the company

- How to booklets such as: how to sell online, how to sell retail, how to organize a party, how to do a fundraiser, etc.

- Yahoo groups where distributors talk about their successes, pass on tips and leads, to each other

- Your own personal advisor to help you succeed

This material is always being added to and updated on a regular basis.

Have you ever heard of the term "warm market"? That's another term for "friends". I have never wanted to sell to friends. I don't have to do that. The company is proactive. New scents are being introduced each month and new products are introduced 2 or 3 times a year. You have already heard that the compensation plan has now been improved twice. The company also continues to improve its systems. We did not always have the online shopping. That was a new feature a few years ago. I have had sales online that I did not work to obtain. All I did was check in the back office and I could see the sales that had occurred online and the profit allocated to me. There is a section in the back office (available subsequent to your joining) where distributors can send in their suggested to the head office. Frequently these suggestions are picked up and implemented. The company cares about the thoughts and ideas of its distributors. The company is re-investing profits back into the company so it can continue to improve.
